Lots Of Valuable Information
“Christmas Caroling” – Sunday, December 7th (5:30 – 8:00) – what an awesome family opportunity. You and your family are invited to join Bobby and his family in the annual outing of Christmas caroling to the neighborhoods in our community. It’s always a lot of fun and sometimes we even luck out with some fresh out-of-the-oven Christmas cookies. We’ll leave from the church at 5:30 and will spend a couple of hours spreading some holiday cheer to the people around us. We will also be passing out a copy of our church’s “Holiday Schedule” so that more and more people can experience the wonder of Christ at Christmas.
“Shopping Spree” – Saturday, December 13th (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) – we will once again be heading for the Park City Mall in Lancaster, PA for a fun (?) day of Christmas shopping. The bus will leave from the church at 7:00 AM and will get back around 7:00 PM after stopping for supper at the Olde Country Buffet. You AND your children are invited to come with us and get all your shopping needs done at once. There is no cost, other then the cost of all the gifts you buy.
“mpym Christmas Celebration” – Wednesday, December 17th (7:00 – 9:00 PM) – it’s our annual Christmas celebration, and it starts with a delicious meal at 7:00. The night will also include a reminder of the reason for the season and we will also give away a ton of goodies. This is a great opportunity for your child to invite their friends.
“Almost New Year’s Eve All-Nighter” – Monday, December 29th – (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) – what a way to bring the year to a close. This event will cost your child $35, but it includes two mini-concerts, a trip to the Sports Emporium in Carlisle and a couple hours of bowling. Talk about an awesome event. Make sure your child invites a couple of their friends to join us for this incredible all night event. The bus leaves from the church at 6:00 PM and will get back to the church (after a night of furious activity) around 6:00 AM. This has been and will again be one of the students’ favorite events of the year.
