Welcome everyone

Mt. Pleasant Youth Ministries

Thank you for your interest in the Mt. Pleasant Youth Ministry.  I trust that you will find this web site very helpful and beneficial in better understanding what our Youth Ministry is all about and the incredible things that we have going on.hands.jpg

The ultimate purpose of the Mt. Pleasant Youth Ministry is to reach students at whatever level of spiritual interest they are; to bring about positive attitudes of the students concerning Christ and the church; and to see students take steps closer to the Lord, thus producing and reproducing disciples for Jesus Christ!

We are committed to . . .
     Reaching students for the Lord;
Teaching students about the Lord; and
Unleashing students to do the work of the Lord!

For more information on the Mt. Pleasant Youth Ministry, or to receive an Informational DVD, please email Bobby Culler (Youth Pastor) at bobbyc@mtp-church.org.

Highlighted Verse of the Week

Psalm 32: 5 =  "Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the LORD "—and you forgave the guilt of my sin."

Brand New First Five Contest

Okay, so here at the latest winner of the
"First Five Contest"

Miranda Forney
Todd Kirkwood
Chris Little
Jon Gerlach
Zach Coleman

These guys have responded to the
following question . . .

What is something that you would like to
change about your relationship with Jesus Christ
during the coming year and how are you going to
go about making that change?

Now, here's the deal - so many people put off making
changes like this.  They wait until, let's say . . . Friday,
when in reality they should have made the changes,
let's say . . . on Tuesday.  So their reward for being the
latest winner of the "First Five Contest" is certainly not
a trip to TGI Fridays.  Instead, we are going to Ruby Tuesdays!

Keep your eye out for the next "First Five Contest",
and be one of the first five people to respond!

          Colindres Rosa

Let me introduce you to a
very special girl from the
country of Honduras.  Angelica
loves the Lord, loves to play,
loves to learn and loves to draw.
Her favorite song talks about
how God provides everything
she needs.  It is our desire as
a Youth Ministry to impact the
lives of people all around the
world, and Compassion
International gives us the chance
to do that!  To find out how you
too can impact the life of
someone else in the world, visit
